Laundry Room: Follow the rocky path in the backyard to The Vina’s laundry room. The key to the laundry room is hanging on the hook in the residence. Laundry essentials are stocked under the kitchen sink. Please return the key to its hook after each use.

Parking Details & EV Charging
Parking: One non-designated on-site space is available per residence, with plenty of nearby street parking. Street sweeping is Wednesday and Thursday, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM, depending on the side of the street. Please check posted signs.
EV Charging: Electrify America’s Carrillo Street Station, at 36 W. Carrillo Street, offers 20 high-speed EV chargers with CCS and NACS connections. For Level 2 charging, Granada Garage at 1221 Anacapa Street offers additional public chargers nearby.
Air Conditioner-Heater
Heating & Cooling: Use the DELLA remote located on the TV stand to adjust the temperature. Please turn the system off when leaving the residence.
