  Check-in is at 3:00PM and Check-out is 11:00AM. You will receive detailed check-in instructions before your arrival.

• Is parking available?
  Each residence includes one non-designated on-site parking space, with additional street parking available nearby.

• Are there EV Chargers on site?
  While The Vina does not have EV charging on-site, several convenient charging options are available just a few blocks away.

• Is Wi-Fi included?
  Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is included in every residence.

• Do the residences have air conditioning?
  Each residence features central air conditioning, individually controlled for your comfort.

• Is there a full kitchen?
  Every residence includes a thoughtfully equipped kitchen with cookware, dishes, and essential cooking supplies.

• Are linens and towels provided?
  Fresh linens, bath towels, and essential toiletries are provided for your stay.

• Are beach amenities provided?
  Two portable beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, a beach blanket, beach bag, and sunscreen are provided for an easy day by the water.

• Is laundry available?
  Guests have access to The Vina’s private laundry room.

Are children welcome?
Absolutely. Families are always welcome at The Vina.

Are pets allowed?
Pets are not permitted for guest stays at The Vina. We appreciate your understanding.

Is smoking permitted?
No. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property.

Can I host visitors or events?
Visitors are welcome, but parties and events are not permitted. We ask that all guests help us maintain a peaceful atmosphere at The Vina.

Are quiet hours observed?
Yes. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Can I use candles or open flames?
For everyone’s safety, candles and other open flames are not permitted inside the residences.

Can I move furniture between rooms or outdoors?
We ask that furnishings remain in their original locations so each residence stays just as it was prepared for your arrival.
